Wedding dresses are made to order and non-refundable after the order has been placed.
Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 - 2 working days of the order being received.
Depending on the delivery option selected, the order can either take 3-5 working days, or be sent via next working day express courier.

Exchange Policy
You have the right to cancel your order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. If you inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel, we will offer you a refund. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you’ve told us you want to cancel.
We will refund you the full amount that you paid for the goods, excluding any delivery costs.
