  • What payment methods do you accept?
    At Polka Bridal, we accept cash and all major card payments, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We kindly request a deposit upon placement of the order, with the remaining balance due upon pick-up of your bridal gown or any other items purchased.
  • Can I turn up without an appointment?
    We operate on an appointment only basis so recommend you book an appointment 48hours ahead of time to ensure that you receive our full attention and have access to our complete selection of dresses. To book an appointment, you can call us at 01708 860515 or reach out using the contact form. First appointments generally last 60minutes.
  • When should I be placing my order?
    At Polka Bridal, we recommend ordering your wedding dress 9 months prior to your wedding date. This allows enough time for the dress to be made, shipped, and any necessary alterations to be completed. However, we understand that some brides may have a shorter timeline and we will do our best to accommodate rush orders. Please contact us for more information regarding rush orders.
  • What dresses do you provide?
    At Polka Bridal, we offer a wide range of dresses for your little ones. We specialize in providing christening dresses, flower girl dresses, baptism dresses, naming ceremony dresses, and first birthday dresses in sizes ranging from 0 - 18 months. Our dresses are made from high-quality materials and are designed to make your little ones feel comfortable and look adorable on their special day.   • What are your delivery options?
    We aim to process all online orders within 1-2 business days and dispatch via our priority courier. Allow 5 working days for delivery.
  • What's your returns policy?
    You have the right to cancel your order for a limited time even if the goods are not faulty. If you inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods that you want to cancel, we will offer you a refund. You have another 14 days to return the goods once you’ve told us you want to cancel.
